Club Penguin Treasure Book Glitch

Today I was going to buy a series 13 coin code, so I checked to see what I can buy, but I noticed this glitch. Take a look:

Club Penguin must have accidently deleted the treasure book! I hope it's not gone forever. What do you think about this glitch?
