Here is some tips on getting Rockhoppers background!
And here are some tips on finding him!
- He changes servers every 10-15 minutes.
- He is a red penguin with a beard! No other penguin can look like him! His items are exclusive.
- During peak hours try to go on servers with 4 or 5 bars. During the night go on servers with 2-3 bars.
- Look through huge crowds. Rockhopper may just be in there!
- If a server suddenly gets more bars look in it! Rockhopper is most likely there!
