Today I logged on to Club Penguin and I saw two messages have arrived from Gary here are they:

First one say's:

now secure. We’re beginning

Operation: Hibernation – our plan to

capture Herbert. Orders soon.

The Operation to caught Herbert has started! Get ready agent!

The second one say's:

Temperature at the Toughest Mountain

ha dropped by 115%. According to my

calculations, that should be enough to

put Herbert in Hibernation.

Wow! He will be freezing over there! Looks like the AC 3000 have done his job!
