Club Penguin Times Issue #306

Club Penguin has released the newest edition of the island popular newspaper, The Club Penguin Times! With Operation Hibernation over and Herbert captured, the island is safe once again! Like always let's start this newspaper review with the lead story:

• September 22 - Fall Fair Begins
